You submit an enquiry

Pick Group Booking or Chartered Plane and tell us the route, traveller count and dates - exact or tentative. You get a reference number on screen and a confirmation email instantly.

Admin reviews & assigns

Our admin team checks the details, flags whether dates are firm or tentative, may call to confirm, and assigns your lead to a dedicated sales agent.

You get a quote - and can negotiate

The sales agent builds a priced quote with fare, taxes, terms and validity. Accept it, reject it, or hit Negotiate with your remarks. Every revised version is saved - nothing is overwritten.

Pay, confirm & fly

On acceptance, pay from your wallet or an online gateway. The booking shows Confirmed only once both payment is received and the airline PNR is generated. Tickets and the invoice are then yours to download.

Paying

Two ways to pay, one ledger that always balances.

Prepaid wallet

Top up online via Razorpay, or by bank transfer with an uploaded receipt for manual verification. Request a short-term temporary credit line if your balance runs low.

Online gateway

Pay a booking directly through Razorpay with verified checkout and automatic success / failure / refund notifications. Part-payments can be scheduled - advance now, balance later.

A booking only becomes Confirmed once the full amount is captured and the airline PNR is recorded by a sales agent - so a ticket never goes out before the seat and the money are both real.
